How I Can Help:

I view therapy as the opportunity for self-exploration. My intention is to provide a safe space that is empathic, non-judgmental, and warm to best support you in better understanding yourself. I aim to bring my authentic self to every session with the hope my clients feel comfortable enough to do the same over the course of our work together.

My training in evidenced-based practices as well as psychological assessment have reinforced my belief in utilizing an integrated framework that is informed from a range of theoretical orientations. I strive to meet my clients where they are at and work collaboratively with them to determine a therapeutic approach and treatment plan that fits their history, personality, and self-identified needs and goals for therapy.
