My passion is rooted in the understanding and healing of the attachments and relationship struggles we face as we journey through life. Whether it is a present concern, previous experience, or a fear rooted in the future I am here to listen, discuss and explore these challenges, thoughts, and feelings openly. My purpose as a therapist is to use my trainings in psychotherapy, mindfulness, EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy to support you with the goals and intentions you have.
