How I Can Help:

My mantra is the belief that there is hope for every human being that is actively seeking help. In sessions my goal is to create a space where people feel comfortable, supported, and are able to gain different perspectives to see situations more clearly. My favorite part about working as a therapist is helping people understand themselves more, and to help people see that there is a way out of feeling disconnected from oneself. In sessions I like to use a person-centered approach and cater the therapy to what may be helpful for the individual. I integrate various treatment approaches including ACT, IFS, CBT, and mindfulness.
