Postdoctoral Fellow

Anna is a postdoctoral fellow. She received her undergraduate degree from Cascade College in Psychology and is completing her doctorate degree at Antioch University New England. She completed pre-doctoral trainings at:

  • Suffolk University
  • Boston Behavioral Medicine
  • Bentley University
  • Portsmouth Public Schools

Therapeutic Approach:

I believe that therapy is a journey that takes place in a collaborative space and within a therapeutic relationship that is mutual in trust, empathy, and respect. In sessions, I hope to create a safe, comfortable, and accepting environment where my clients feel free to show up exactly as they are. Through holistic and integrative therapeutic practices, I support people in creating more compassion for themselves, increasing relational awareness, and developing more understanding of how to cope with the challenges of life while also making more room for connectedness, self-expression, and presence.
