How I Can Help:

I strive to create a comfortable and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where you can feel safe to bring all parts of yourself. I would describe my therapeutic approach as client-centered, trauma-informed, and relational. I have many years of experience working with trauma survivors, particularly survivors of interpersonal violence, but I have also worked with and enjoy providing care to individuals coping with a wide range of issues. I strongly believe in having a collaborative therapeutic process and will be happy to individualize treatment to your specific goals and needs, integrating a variety of different clinical approaches and frameworks into our work together.

I know it takes courage to start therapy and I honor that you are taking this step. I truly believe that becoming curious with ourselves and taking some time to reflect internally leads to a more meaningful life where we can better deal with various stressors. I hope to make the therapeutic experience positive for you through a good sense of humor and an openness to learning all that you would like to share with me.
