How I Can Help:
I value creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered on their path toward healing. My approach is rooted in warmth, cultural humility, and collaboration. In both outpatient and hospital-based settings—as well as through my own lived experience—I’ve witnessed the deep impact trauma can have on our sense of self, our relationships, and our overall well-being. These experiences have shaped my commitment to supporting individuals as they navigate the emotional weight of trauma and work to reclaim their inner strength. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Attachment-Focused Therapy, while also honoring each client’s lived experience, identity, and personal goals. Healing is not always linear, but with the right support, meaningful transformation is possible.
Advanced Trainings:
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
