How I Can Help:

I believe tending to our emotional health is a radical act because we live in a society that profits from feelings of self-doubt. When we care for ourselves, we can be more present for each other. I am committed to learning and unlearning, and invested in our collective and individual healing. I believe that healing, recovery and awareness are self-defined and often non-linear. My career has shown me over and over the power of vulnerability and the beauty of resiliency. I honor your story and what has happened to you. I acknowledge that larger oppressive systems impact all of us. I am genuine, curious, intuitive, compassionate, present, affirming and non-judgmental. I feel very fortunate to know that this is the work I want to show up for in the world.

As a therapist, I work hard to see and hear you. My core value frameworks include; trauma sensitive/responsive care, radical self-love, harm reduction, and mind/body/spirit connection, queer and trans affirming care, and practicing anti-racism. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and I am influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Polyvagal Theory. Above all, I honor the therapy relationship and attune to what would be most supportive to you. I want to join you in a self-study of (re)discovery.

Advanced Trainings:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) for EMDR Therapists
  • Integrated Somatic Trauma Therapy Certification
