How I Can Help:

I believe one of the most important aspects of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I work to create a safe and comfortable environment where the client feels open to exploring and processing what is coming up for them. My therapeutic approach is multidimensional in that I utilize a variety of theories within my work including evidence-based theories such as CBT, DBT, and ACT in addition to holistic, relational, and person-centered approaches. In order to individualize treatment to fit the unique needs of each client, I view case conceptualizations from a biopsychosocial lens, incorporating all aspects of a client’s life to better understand their current symptoms and behaviors to provide the most effective treatment. My collaborative approach to treatment allows for the development of strong therapeutic and compassionate relationships with each of my clients to help them live authentically in their lives.
