How I Can Help:

I believe that healing and growth occur within the context of a trusting and supportive relationship, where both therapist and client can show up as their authentic selves. I approach therapy sessions with genuine curiosity, empathy, a touch of humor, and a grounded presence. Above all, I strive to help you feel comfortable to take up space and express yourself freely. I am particularly passionate about supporting those who excel at doing for others but struggle to give themselves the same compassion and attention. My aim is to empower you to be attuned to your own needs and kinder to all parts of yourself, even those that can be hard to accept. Together, we will explore how your relationships, past experiences, beliefs, and values have influenced your sense of self and overall wellbeing. I meet you where you are, ensuring that the therapy process feels approachable and supportive. I use a variety of approaches, including CBT, EMDR, ACT, mindfulness, and relational parts work, to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. I look forward to working together to explore the underlying causes of your current challenges, facilitate self-discovery, and create lasting positive change.
