How I Can Help:

My treatment approach is rooted in the belief that we all have inherent resiliency and the importance of community along our journey. We all get stuck sometimes and it takes a lot of courage and strength to reach out for help. Upon arrival at my office, I work compassionately and authentically with you to create a space where we can effectively work together on your goals. Collaboration, curiosity, and a mindful pace will help us explore current and past stressors that may be getting in the way of healing, growth, and self-actualization. I integrate several models of healing and work with you to establish your preference in treatment approaches that work for you. I have intensive training in trauma, attachment, and dissociation and have experience working with children, youth, and adults. I am eager to meet you and start our work together.
